Searching by office size creates a pop-up window which prompts you to enter the desired range of square footage by checking an option. This data is modeled and based on county tax assessor information or employee size and industry to create an estimate.
Property management companies and commercial real estate agents can use this information to find prospective tenants and to help set competitive rates.
NOTE: The “Update Count” button at the top right of the pop-up window gives an approximate count of the results you will receive based on your search criteria.
