Where can I find my email campaigns?

Selecting “Email Campaigns” from the “My Account” menu will display all of your email campaigns executed on the Genie platform. You can narrow your view to see only email campaigns that are Incomplete or Need Revision, Pending Approval or Scheduled, or the campaigns that were Sent or Cancelled. Information provided here includes:

  • Email Campaign Name
  • Updated date
  • Scheduled date
  • Quantity of emails
  • Status
  • Actions, including resuming a campaign or deleting it

PRO TIP: A single email campaign can be sent to multiple email lists.
