How does the free trial work? Free trials provide you a full version of our Professional package for 3 days. It’s completely free, no obligation, and no credit card required.

How do I sign up? You start with a free trial. We don’t ask for a credit card until after you’ve determined if Genie is the right solution for you. Just register with your e-mail address to get started.

What happens when the trial ends? When your trial is over, you can choose the package that best suits your needs. You don’t have to worry about choosing a plan right away. You can decide once you see how it works.

What is the subscription period? The subscription lasts for 12 months.  After that, it renews automatically month to month at the then current rate. You can cancel anytime after the initial subscription.

How Can I Pay For Genie? You will be charged every month on the date you sign up. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express. Billing terms are available upon approval.

What is the Satisfaction Guarantee? If you receive bad data, we will refund your money for the portion of your list that was undeliverable, out-of-date or disconnected.  Read more
