A user can delete a tag by using the mouse to hover over the tag name in the Left Hand navigation and clicking on the red X. This will delete the tag name and the tag will be removed from all associated records. The user will be prompted with a Confirm Deletion message before they can proceed with deleting this tag.
A user can also delete an individual tag from a single record by clicking on the minus sign in the Tag properties box. A user can access the Tag properties box by clicking on any colored tag in the tag column of the Results page. Clicking on the Remove All link in the Tag properties box will delete all tags for that individual record.
Deleting a tag from the tag properties box will only remove the tag(s) from that particular record. The Delete Error message will NOT be displayed when deleting a single Tag from a record.
